
Samsung has announced what it touts as the worlds thinnest 2.2 inch display AMOLED(Active-Matrix OLED). It comes in at a whopping 0.52mm thick, which is thinner than a credit card. It sports a resolution of 240×320, a contrast of 10,000 to 1, color gamut 100%(NTSC), and a lifetime of 50,000 hours. It will be ready for mass production in Q3 of 2007.
