Rogers Vision

Rogers is now offering “Vision”, the first phone service in North America to offer video calling over mobile phones. This is possible because of Rogers using the third-generation High Speed Downlink Packet Access (HSDPA), which as its name implies greatly increases the speed of data transfer for mobile networks.

The service features real-time video calling, access to the top 50 YouTube clips for the week, access to the XM Satellite Radio Network, and more. It currently is only offered through a Samsung A706 phone, and is currently available only within the greater Toronto area.
