Irfanview has been updated to version 3.99. Irfanview is certainly one of the most popular image viewer on the web, with nearly 21 million downloads from download.com alone. Some of its features include being a light weight image viewer, built in thumbnail browser, image conversion, batch processing of images, plugin support for more formats including flash and video, and a host more. At less than 1MB for the main application and 5.43MB for the plugins, why not try it out?
